Vitamins and Supplements?

I been working out now for a few months and I take a multi-vitamin, whey protein after the workout, and few other general vitamins (fishoil and some glucosamine…. Going into a place like GNC, they obviously think that you are a complete idiot and will buy whatever they tell you to and I know half the stuff they recommend is unnecessary but I’m not sure if I am missing anything important. Any recommendations? Maybe from your own workout regiments?

Well i would recommend Higher Power’s Micronized Creatine.Great value for what your getting.Or either Superpump 250.Creatine is for gaining muscle and recovery,but you will put on some water weight.Superpump 250 is a pre workout supplement that is suppost to give you energy and help burn more fat while increasing muscle.I can honestly say Superpump 250 is a great supplement and it doesnt contain caffeine which is a big plus for me.I personally dont buy from stores bc everything is overpriced.The Superpump 250 in there is always around $60 in there.You can find both of these products at bodybuilding.com for $12(creatine,500 grams) and around $30 for the superpump.
