Can’t Lose Weight? Doesn’t Have To Be Like This

Do you believe you can’t lose weight? Have you got a particular reason you can’t lose that excess fat? Sadly the majority of people who want to lose weight get it in their heads that they simply can’t lose weight. That there’s a magical force stopping them from losing weight.

The sad fact is that secretly they don’t want to lose weight at all. They are happy living the lifestyle they are living. Yet they will openly say they want to, but can’t seem to lose weight.

Losing weight is no big deal. It’s a mathematical equation, pure and simple. Your body needs to use more calories than it takes in. If we eat more than we burn off we get fat. Period.

The other perspective is that you will lose weight if you burn off more than you eat. They you have the big problem, today’s food is so packed full of calories it’s almost immoral. If you compared what you should be eating against what you do eat you would give yourself a funny turn. I kid you not.

A basic example is the exercise for love handles, the side bend. Doing lots and lots of these will make you lose weight. How many you have to do is anyones guess as it’s simply a balancing act between burning calories and eating calories.

You can quite easily take in a whole days allowance of calories in one meal. Seriously! Fast food is the biggest culprit. In fact fast food is quite often laced with sugar, even the burgers! Sugar makes you get hungry quicker after digestion.

Our body converts most foods into a simple sugar called glucose, and uses this for energy. Sugary foods get used up much faster and then leave you feeling hungry again very quickly. There’s a lot of people think our sugar reliant diets is no accident. A western world conspiracy to get us eating (and spending) more.

We eat more, we spend more, and they get rich! Big corporations that is. It’s a great formula for big business to get richer and richer. And the easiest way to get us eating more? Add sugar to everything we eat.

Kinda like in a bar when there’s peanuts on the bar so you eat the salt, get thirsty and drink more. To finish off, you should lose some weight if you burn off more calories than you take in. Can you do this on your own? I doubt it as the western worlds collective willpower is on the floor.

What you need is a hand holding system to help you. A system that will guarantee you drop those unwanted pounds if you follow the rules. If you think you’ve tried everything and still can’t lose weight. Consider trying a product with a whole new approach.

Can’t Lose Weight? You Are Not Alone!

Think you can’t lose weight? Any particular reason you think you can’t shed a few pounds? It’s a sad fact that most people firmly believe they can’t lose weight. They think the weight loss demons are stopping them from them from dieting with a magical spell or something.

The sad fact is that secretly they don’t want to lose weight at all. They would be content to just carry on living as they are now. Yet they still tell themselves they would like to lose a few pounds but they can’t, or don’t know how.

Losing weight is no big deal. It’s a mathematical equation, pure and simple. We eat (calories) and we burn (calories) off. If we eat more than we burn off we get fat. Period.

Look at it from the other way and you will lose weight if you burn more than you consume. This is the crux of the problem. The average diet is so full of calories it’s almost criminal. If you put side by side what you ate every day, against what you should eat you’d be so surprised you’d need a lie down.

Let’s take a simple exercise, say doing side bends to try to burn off your love handles. You will lose weight by doing an awful lot of these. However, how many you have to do is hard to guess. You have to calculate how many calories you are burning to balance the scales.

You can take in a whole days calories in one meal. Easily! Of course the big culprit is fast food. Even the savoury stuff can be laced with sugar. Eating sugar will make you hungry again much quicker.

The body changes everything we eat into energy in the form of glucose (simple sugar). You can start to feel hungry again quite quickly after eating sugary foods as they get used up by the body very quickly. Is our western diet and its high sugar content a conspiracy to get us to eat more and more, and ultimately spend more and more?

We eat more, we spend more, and they get rich! Big corporations that is. A simple formula for the big corporations to get rich. What’s the easiest way to get us to eat more? Add sugar to everything.

It’s a bit like in some bars. Free pretzels and peanuts get us eating salt, the salt makes us thirsty, we buy more drinks. So, in conclusion to all this, the fact of the matter is you will lose weight by simply eating slightly less than you burn off. Can you do this on your own? I doubt it as the western worlds collective willpower is on the floor.

What you need is a hand holding system to help you. Something that will guarantee you lose weight if you follow it to the letter. If you think you’ve tried everything and still can’t lose weight. Consider trying a product with a whole new approach.

Love Handle Exercises – Side Bends Won’t Work

There are many web sites and articles out there that promise to reveal how to shed fat from your love handles. The fact is most of it’s crap. It’s usually geared to selling you some pills or equipment.

The usual suspect in the exercise for love handles category is the good old side bend. You hold something above your head, usually a broom handle or stick and then lean or bend left, then right. Then repeat, repeatedly. Get real! Of course, they rarely work.

The fact they won’t work is that targeting one particular area to lose weight from is nigh on impossible. You’ll always get the smart ass telling you they do work. They do work, but only if you do them with a whole all round system and not just “spot” training.

You will lose weight from your love handles if you incorporate the side bends with an all round workout. If you have a healthy diet as well as a good workout system you will see far better results. It’s a well known (but ignored) fact that to lose weight you simply need to consume less energy than you burn off.

Energy consumption simply means what you eat. Burning energy off is done simply by activity or exercise. You can burn energy off (exercise) with any form of activity.

Any of these will do … Swimming, jogging, cycling, walking, and making love even! Any type of exercise is good for you. No exercise is bad for you. The reason why people are getting fatter is they don’t burn off the calories that they eat.

You can do love handle exercises for ever and a day but ignore other areas and you will end up back at square one. I’m a naturally lazy person so I tend to go swimming a lot. It’s a great non impact all round exercise. If you can get to a swimming pool you should. It’s gentle and has great benefits for you.

I dislike jogging and the like. I see no reason to pay for a slim figure with wrecked knee joints. You know the guy who made jogging famous collapsed and died while out jogging? He was discovered by 2 smokers walking past. Irony eh?

If you think it’s time you took your health & weight serious then you can help yourself by getting a good all round system. Not some new fancy fad diet but a solid system that’s proven to work and isn’t too harsh as to turn you off completely. Want To Get Abs Naturally Without Any Direct Abs Exercises?

Looking for better results with your abs exercises? Try to change up your routine. This article is intended to help you find out how to get flat abs through using a workout that provides high intensity stabilization techniques. I like to give my readers better options for metabolism-boosting high intensity workouts that work their entire body while also working their abs.

I’m going to show you an example today of one of my favorite ab workouts that doesn’t include any direct ab exercises at all. This work out it set up in a tri-set format (similar to a super set).

Here goes:

1a. Renegade Dumbbell Rows

1b. Front Squats with Barbell

1c. Mountain Climbers on Floor

For each exercise, 3-4 sets of 8 reps would be a great rep scheme to follow.  You can also do more sets and less reps, 5 sets of 5 reps or something like that. Instead of reps for mountain climbers, you can do them for a time interval (30 seconds).

Starting position for the renegade dumbbell is just like a pushup position.  With only difference being is that you have your hands on two dumbbells. You then row one dumbbell up while stabilizing your body with the other arm. Bring the dumbbell back to the ground and alternate the rowing arm while stabilizing with the opposite arm. This stabilizing effect during the rows creates incredible work for your entire midsection core area. Even though you aren’t targeting your abs directly, you’ll feel it in the morning on your midsection core area.

Front squats are done similar to back squats, however with the barbell in front of your body on the front of your shoulders instead of resting on the upper back as in back squats. You stabilize the barbell on your shoulders by crossing your arms and pushing your fists into the bar against your shoulders while keeping your elbows out in front of the body. This takes a little practice at first, so you will want to seek a professional trainer at your gym to help you with the form. Your abs are working through the extreme stabilization your body is going through as the weight shifts to the front of your body creating this strenuous stabilization strength effort. This is another exercise that you’ll be feeling in your abdominals area!

For the mountain climbers you are going to hold a starting position just like a you would a push up.  The motion process begins by shuffling your feet in a manner so that your knees are moving up to your chest and then back to the pushup position. It simulates climbing a mountain, hence the name for this workout, mountain climbers. Mountain climbers is a great way to get rid of belly fat as it burns off body fat.

After finishing each exercise, rest about 30 seconds before starting the next exercise. For the completion of each tri-set, rest for about 1-2 minutes before repeating the whole tri-set.

In spite of the fact that there are no direct abs exercises involved, this is one of the best abs exercises you can do. Don’t believe? Try it out and see for yourself!

Love Handle Exercises – Side Bends Aren’t The Answer

There are many web sites and articles out there that promise to reveal how to shed fat from your love handles. The fact is most of it’s crap. It’s usually geared to selling you some pills or equipment.

The usual suspect in the exercise for love handles category is the good old side bend. Grab a broom handle and hold it high, then bend from side to side. I wish! Of course, they rarely work.

They rarely work because you are trying to target just one small area. This is very difficult if not impossible. Lots of people and websites will tell you otherwise though. They will work if you incorporate them with an all round system.

If you do side bends as part of a thorough workout then they will work. If your workout is also part of an all round system you could double your results. It’s a well known (but ignored) fact that to lose weight you simply need to consume less energy than you burn off.

To consume energy simply means to eat food. Burning energy off is done simply by activity or exercise. Exercise can be any form of activity that burns calories.

This could be walking, swimming, running, weightlifting or even sex. The last one sounds good to me! Any form of exercise is better than no form of exercise. The reason why people are getting fatter is they don’t burn off the calories that they eat.

You can exercise for your love handles all you want but if you ignore other areas you will simply get nowhere fast. If you hate the sound of exercise consider swimming. I go swimming a lot and it’s a great all round workout and it isn’t taxing on your joints. If you are near a pool, then use it as the benefits can be huge.

I dislike jogging and the like. I see no reason to pay for a slim figure with wrecked knee joints. You know the guy who made jogging famous collapsed and died while out jogging? Ironically discovered by two smokers walking past.

If you are serious about your shape then you need to get yourself an all round system to follow. Not some new fancy fad diet but a solid system that’s proven to work and isn’t too harsh as to turn you off completely. Check out (probably) the best five systems that are out there at this site …

Think you can’t lose weight? Think again!

Traditional Abs Exercises Are The Least Most Effective Abs Workout

Instead of the typical ab exercise routines that we see so often with crunches, situps, leg lifts, etc… This article is intended to help you discover how to get a six pack fast through using a workout that provides high intensity stabilization techniques. Stop doing the abs exercises that claim to be the best for six pack abs and try a better high intensity workout that workouts the whole body, not just your abs.

I’m going to show you an example today of one of my favorite ab workouts that doesn’t include any direct ab exercises at all. This high intensity consists of three exercises and is set up in a tri-set format which is similar to like a super-set.

Here goes:

1a. Renegade Dumbbell Rows

1b. Front Squats with Barbell

1c. Mountain Climbers on Floor

You should try to do 3-4 sets of 8 reps for each of these exercises.  You can also do more sets and less reps which could be as such, 5 sets of 5 reps. Mountain climbers can be done for a time interval (such as 30 seconds) instead of “reps”.

Starting position for the renegade dumbbell is just like a pushup position.  With only difference being is that you have your hands on two dumbbells. While keeping your body stabilized with one arm, row one dumbbell up, remembering to keeping your body in a controlled manner. Bring the dumbbell back to the ground and alternate the rowing arm while stabilizing with the opposite arm. So how does this work out my abs you may be asking?  The stabilizing effect during the rows it what creates work for your abdominals. Even though you aren’t targeting your abs directly, you’ll feel it in the morning on your midsection core area.

Front squats are done similar to back squats, however with the barbell in front of your body on the front of your shoulders instead of resting on the upper back as in back squats. Set the barbell on your shoulders with your arms crossed and push your firsts into the bar against your shoulders, keeping your elbows out in front. This takes a little practice at first, so you will want to seek a professional trainer at your gym to help you with the form. As the weight shifts to the front of body, the extreme stabilization strength is going to work your abs. True that it is primarily a leg exercise, but you’re abs are getting just as much a workout!

Just like the renegade dumbbells, mountain climbers have a starting position of a pushup.  You then shuffle the your feet in and out so that your knees come up to your chest and back out to the starting position. It gets its workout name due to the fact that it simulates climbing a mountain but you are flat on the floor. Mountain climbers is a great way to get rid of belly fat as it burns off body fat.

After doing each exercise, rest for 30 seconds then start the next one. Take a small 1-2 minute break in between tri-sets, then repeat it.

This is undoubtedly going to give you one of the best abs workout you can have.  This all without any direct abs exercises. Don’t believe? Try it out and see for yourself!
