Hip Slim Hips
Nothing new here to learn from this at all. We who are overweight know very well we have to lose a few pounds and we will look and feel better. Slimmer hips must be on the list of things to do now. We have to get to work on a leaner look anf feel encouraged to look for the loss of the saddle bags that we are carrying around all day.
The chubby hips are not alone in this fatty scenario. The eating of all those cookies and cakes not forgetting those naughty hamburgers and bun, with those fatty fries. The end result of the gorging were the flab on thighs and about the rear end.

Can’t Lose Weight? Doesn’t Have To Be Like This

The usual suspect in the exercise for love handles category is the good old side bend. You hold something above your head, usually a broom handle or stick and then lean or bend left, then right. Then repeat, repeatedly. Get real! Of course, they rarely work.
The fact they won’t work is that targeting one particular area to lose weight from is nigh on impossible. You’ll always get the smart ass telling you they do work. They do work, but only if you do them with a whole all round system and not just “spot” training.
You will lose weight from your love handles if you incorporate the side bends with an all round workout. If you have a healthy diet as well as a good workout system you will see far better results. It’s a well known (but ignored) fact that to lose weight you simply need to consume less energy than you burn off.

I dislike jogging and the like. I see no reason to pay for a slim figure with wrecked knee joints. You know the guy who made jogging famous collapsed and died while out jogging? He was discovered by 2 smokers walking past. Irony eh?
