So i just joined a local gym “retro fitness” now i never worked out a day in my life or eaten healthy or anything. Starting Monday will be the first day of my new healthy life style… What do I need to do to turn my nasty body into a nice looking body.(KEEP IN MIND THIS IS MY FIRST TIME WITH ANYTHING LIKE A DIET SO PLEASE GO INTO DETAIL) What should I eat? I need a diet plan to follow of what to eat what not to eat, when i should eat when should i not eat… Then i need to know if i should buy any extras like protein shakes or lifting supplements when should i drink or use them…and lastly what kind of work out should I start doing and following???
