I am 11 years old and want to loose weight, help?

I REALLY need help. Since I am about 132.5lbs!!! I really need to know how to get skinny or loose weight in atleast 1month! I need help in what I should eat and how should I excerise since I live in an apartment and pretty much I have no friends here only long distunce ones and well Im pretty much getting fatter by the day. :( Plz help btw. i do know I can loose a couple of weight out of swimming since I went swimming yesterday and lost about 2lbs but with my mom feeding me today I gained them back! EXTRA DETAILS: I am 132.5lbs I am about 5ft. tall btw I want to loose around 10-30lbs with your help an the rest Ill do on my own (; since my goal is to reach to 85-95lbs.

Dieting does nothing. It’s about exercise. Go to the gym everyday and work out on every machine! That’s what I’m talking about! If you just diet and don’t exercise, you’ll be skinny yet will have really flabby skin. If you work out, you’ll have muscle and you’ll be hot! Here’s a good schedule for you… Morning- Have a good hardy breakfast full of protein. Noon- Have a light lunch but still healthy. Evening- Go to the gym and work out for an hour. Then, a little later, have a nice healthy dinner. Night- Have a light dessert after dinner. Then, go to bed early so you can sleep well. Sleeping helps your body grow and develop, and you get to give your body a chance to take the nutrients out of all the healthy food that you ate. Trust me and good luck! :D
