good abdominal exersise?
can anyone tell me a god ab exercise. it is the muscle i want to increase the most. just tell me the name if you want to i can look it up. and any ones which do not require a machine or cable only please. =)

crunches are a great way to get your abdominal exercise. push ups work for me to. that you would also work your arms. then there is one more that i do in dance class and we call them cherry pickers. you sit on the for like normal. pull your knees up, lean back with your feet coming slightly off the ground then use both hands to reach and touch the right side of your body and then the left side of your body like your picking cherries and you just keep going back and forth. may seem easy at first but it works.
