Am I on the right path to lose belly fat?

I’m not fat at all, i just got a layer of fat on my abs… anyways long story short, i want to lose it to make my abs visible. So i jog 40 minutes everyday (6 days a week), lift weights 3 times a week, eat cous cous and other low caloric foods. Will i lose my belly fat layer in a month or two?

Hero, come on son with this business. Don’t bother with silly isolation exercises for the abs, just go very heavy, low reps on the other stuff and your abs will blow up. But women are about as concerned about your abs as they are about your preferred flavour of Gatorade. You can’t live your life worried about silly crap, son. You keep worrying about whether women are concerned about the strength of your peroneus brevis muscle you’re not gonna get anything.
